Sunday School

Equipping for all ages

The Sunday School ministry is committed to educating our congregation, from children through adults, and equipping them to apply God’s Word in their personal lives. Scripture encourages us to be transformed by the renewing of our mind (Rom 12:12).

Junior High students survey the Old and New Testaments and learn about God and His relationship with his people. High School students learn how to think Biblically on a wide variety of themes and issues related to their lives.

For our adults we have a program of electives, with BIble studies, marriage and parenting classes, and classes on how the Bible informs our thinking and actions on contemporary and practical topics.

Adult Sunday School (Mar – May)

  • Sermon on the Mount
Brian Tung will be leading a study of Christ’s astounding Sermon on the Mount. Join us as we explore Jesus’ teachings on the nature of discipleship and discuss how to live in light of the Kingdom of God.
  • The After Party
Pastor Wade and others will facilitate a 6-lesson video course called “The After Party.” It is an extremely fascinating look at how we should apply the principles of Christ in our interactions with others on various social and political issues. It also provides highly insightful analysis of how we got to our current tumultuous situation and presents godly pathways forward.
